Admissions

The age criteria for admission at Itma Vidya Niketan are as follows:

• Nursery: 3 years
• KG I: 4 years
• KG II: 5 years
• Class I: 6 years (as of April 1 of the session)

For Class I and higher, the child’s age must meet the required age by March 31 of the session.

To enroll your child at Itma Vidya Niketan, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the registration form available at the school office.
2. Admission is confirmed after all required payments are made.
3. Fees paid at the time of admission are non-refundable.
4. Submit a transfer certificate from the previous school.
5. Late admissions are subject to seat availability.

Admissions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission to middle and senior classes depends on academic performance and conduct.

ADMISSION ASSESSMENT

Assessment tests will be conducted in the following subjects:

• Classes I to X: English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science
• Class XI (Science): English, Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry
• Class XI (Commerce): English, Mathematics, General Aptitude

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

For Nursery to Class I:

1. Birth certificate (photocopy)
2. Passport-size photograph
3. Blood group certificate (photocopy)
4. Transfer certificate (if applicable)
5. Aadhar Card (photocopy)
6. Samagra ID (photocopy)
7. Caste certificate (if applicable)
8. Bank passbook (photocopy)

For Classes II to IX:

1. Passport-size photograph
2. Last report card (photocopy)
3. Blood group certificate (photocopy)

For students transferring from non-CBSE boards, additional documents may be required.
